N.Chadrasekharan Nair award for the best investigating officer during the previous years were presented by Home Minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan here on Tuesday.
DySP K.N.Rajeev of Crime Detachment in Malappuram was selected for the award for the year 2005, Attingal DySP D. Rajendran for the year 2006, Assistant Commissioner of Kozhikode city control room C.G. Rajasundaram for the year 2007 and Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau DySP in Thiruvananthapuram Reji Jacob for the year 2008.
DGP Jacob Punnoose and other senior police officials were present on the occasion.
